In the Local Action Options document, presented to Prescott City Council in Feb 2023, we concluded with a section on capacity building. In this section, we recommended the creation of a broad stakeholder group of experts that contributes to community-wide sustainability solutions. After presenting this idea to the Prescott City Council in Jan 2025, the council unanimously supported creating such a working group operating under the City Manager!
