September Newsletter

SEPTEMBER is a busy month in our community.  All of our local movements intersect, whether it is a climate event or one focused on food or peace.  Hope you can attend these events.

NAZCCA Speaker Series
QCCC's Dr. Greg Murray is partnering with the NAZCCA speaker series.  On Saturday, September 23 at 2:00pm, Greg will be talking on the origins of Earth's climate system and how it affects the distribution and abundance of living things on our planet. So if you're interested in what causes our climate and why it results in tropical rainforests, deserts, temperate shrublands, etc. in predictable locations, please join us!  Here's the link for this talk and near the bottom of the page you'll find a link to the RSVP page.  If you click there to register for the talk, you'll get the zoom link in an email response: https://www.nazcca.org/prescott-region-events/2023/9/23/speaker-series-earths-climate-system-what-creates-it-and-how-it-affects-the-distribution-of-living-things.
To follow the NAZCCA speaker series, check out their calendar link here:
